I just signed up what do I do next?

Once you have completed your payment for membership please go check your email that you used to sign up for The Trading Floor. There will be a welcome email from us as well as follow up instructions. Keep in mind that this email may have landed in your spam inbox

I don't have the indicators on TradingView.

Indicator access on TradingView is an automated process. You should have already entered your information into the access.trdfloor.com site. Once your information has been set please give us up to 24 hours for our automated systems to do their thing.

Please make sure you look in the invite only scripts in the indicators tab and refresh your browser window.

Where is the invite to Discord.

When you fill your information in the access.trdfloor.com site you are asked to link your Discord account on that site. Please make sure you follow the instructions and make sure that you are logged into the correct Discord account that you entered into the access.trdfloor.com site. Once you do that and open up Discord you will see a verification channel as well as our logo at that point all you have to do is click the green checkmark and then you’ll have access to all of the chat channels.

I dont see ATR bands indicator on my Tradingview.

The ATR bands are a public indicator so they will not show up in your invite only tab as that area is only for private indicators as Arty has explained in his welcome video linked here (https://www.trdfloor.com/welcome-79237fb8-d7fd-439f-8ddd-9354b753dcee)

The Getting started section of each course is not a video it is simply just a welcome message. Just mark as complete and go to the next step.

Can I get a refund?

Sorry to hear that your unsatisfied. We try to give an incredible amount of value, resources and content for the price. Unfortunately since this is a digital product we do not offer refunds, as explained in our term of service.

Videos in course not loading.

If you are having issues viewing the course content in your browser on our website and you've tried everything we have a solution for you. Do you get to keep the risk calculator?

Yes. Even after you leave our community and cancel membership you get to keep the Risk Calculator as a parting gift. We will be here when ever you're ready to come back.

I have a question about day trading.

Unfortunately our customer support team does not have time to answer your questions about day trading. That is why we created the discord community to ask any and all day trading questions. You may either ask in the general chat or in specific categories like Forex or commodities

I have a question about Indicator settings.

Unfortunately our customer support team does not have time to answer questions about indicators and settings on each one of those indicators. You can find on the Discord community a chat channel named strategy support where you can ask questions about strategies and what settings to use.

I would like to switch from monthly membership to yearly.

We are very glad you’ve decided to commit to our community and your day trading journey. All you have to do is set your current membership to cancel and on the day that it cancels sign up for the annual membership. Unfortunately there’s no way you just click a button to switch from monthly to yearly.

How do I cancel my subscription?

I canceled my subscription but I changed my mind and want to keep it.

Unfortunately once a subscription is canceled it cannot be undone. Don’t worry all you have to do is wait for the day of your cancellation and then sign up again, all of your information is saved.
