Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions for The Trading Floor

Agreement

By signing up to be an Affiliate in The Trading Floor's Affiliate Program (“Program”), you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and The Trading Floor,  (“Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

Application and Enrollment

To enroll in the Program, you must complete the affiliate application. Your application will be reviewed, and you'll be notified of your acceptance or rejection. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.

Guidelines and Conduct

As an Affiliate, you must:

1. Conduct yourself in a manner that reflects positively on you and The Trading Floor.

2. Advertise and promote The Trading Floor's Products/Services honestly and accurately.

3. Not engage in discriminatory behavior or hate speech based on race, sex, sexual orientation, religion, nationality, disability, or any other characteristic protected by law.

4. Not use fraudulent or deceptive practices to generate referrals.

Commissions

1. You will earn a commission for qualifying purchases made by persons referred to The Trading Floor via your unique affiliate link.

2. Commissions will be calculated based on our standard commission rates and reported to you via the Affiliate Dashboard.

Payment

1. Payments will be made on the 15th of every month via PayPal.

2. You must reach a minimum payout threshold of $100.00 USD in earned commissions for payment to be disbursed.

3. In the event that the 15th falls on a weekend or holiday, payment will be made on the next business day.

Termination

Either you or we may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice of termination.

Modification

We may modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement at any time at our sole discretion.

Limitation of Liability

The Trading Floor shall not be liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, or special damages that result from your participation in this Program.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom 

By submitting your application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
