Cancel your membership
Sorry to see you go. The short video below walks through the cancellation flow inside your Kajabi account — should take less than a minute.
Step by step
If you'd rather read than watch
- Click your profile avatar at the top right of any page and choose Settings.
- Open the Billing tab on the left.
- Find your active subscription and click Cancel subscription.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Heads up: cancelling stops future billing but keeps your access until your paid period ends. You won't be charged again, and you can rejoin any time — your progress is preserved.
